Shipping Policy

Order Preparation

Processing begins after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing and carrier transit are separate periods.

Delivery Options and Estimates

Checkout shows the services available for your destination. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, customs, remote destinations, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

If we cannot meet a stated shipment commitment, we will communicate the revised arrangement and provide cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Tracking and Separate Parcels

Available tracking details will be sent to the order email address. The first carrier scan may take time to appear. Products may ship separately, and the shipping origin may differ from our registered business address.

Addresses and Import Charges

Review delivery details before payment and report errors immediately. Changes depend on fulfillment status. Proposed reshipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address will be explained before reshipment. International import charges may apply unless expressly included at checkout.

Delivery Problems

Contact us with your order number if a parcel is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be found. We will review the circumstances rather than relying solely on tracking status.

For damaged toys or missing parts, retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible. Stop using an affected item that may be unsafe. Confirmed fulfillment problems will receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by our error.
