Return & Refund Policy

Starting a Return

Email service@ypwvse.com with your order number, product name, and reason. Include photographs where useful. We will explain the instructions and designated return destination. Do not automatically ship goods to our registered business address.

Change-of-Mind Conditions

Products should be unused, unaltered, and complete with supplied parts, accessories, and instructions. Use original packaging where reasonably possible. Opening an outer shipping carton alone does not make a product ineligible.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for these returns. No restocking fee applies to an approved return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly about damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products. Stop using an item that may be unsafe. We will assess an appropriate replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy without additional costs caused by a confirmed error attributable to us.

Unused-condition requirements for voluntary returns do not remove rights concerning faulty goods. Faults discovered later may still qualify for a remedy under applicable law.

Packaging and Exclusions

Keep small pieces together and protect moving components during shipping. Retain return tracking. Customized products or items clearly identified before purchase as final sale may be excluded from voluntary returns where lawful. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Following receipt, inspection, and approval of a return, we will initiate the eligible refund within 5–10 business days, subject to any shorter mandatory deadline. Refunds normally return to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on availability. Send cancellation requests immediately so we can check whether fulfillment can be stopped. If an order has shipped, the applicable return process may be necessary.
